The King's Seminary Master of Divinity Application
Be sure to supply The King’s with official transcripts of all prior academic work for schools previously attended. Official transcripts must be sent from the previously attended school to The King’s directly. We are unable to accept transcripts from anyone but the prior institution. Be mindful that this can sometimes be a lengthy process, and most schools charge a small fee for the service. Send the Request for Transcript form below to your former schools. The King's Seminary Doctor of Ministry Application

Reapplication Form
Once accepted, students are expected to maintain continuous enrollment. Students not maintaining continuous enrollment and wishing to reapply following an absence of less than one year must complete a Re-Application form and pay the regular application fee. Students having an absence of more than one academic year in length must complete a regular Application for Admissions, pay the application fee, and provide all additional materials required by the Admissions Office. Students not maintaining continuous enrollment are not permitted to re-enroll in courses unless they have been formerly readmitted to the institution.

Audit Application
An audit student sits in on classes without receiving credit nor is reuired to complete homework. To be an audit student fill out an Audit Application. A permanent academic record is not kept of audits. Download the Audit application here.

Request for Transcript
This form is used to request transcripts from your former schools. If you only need to request from one school, download Request for Transcript. If you need to send Transcript Requests to more than one school, download Request for Transcript2 and make as many photocopies as you need. Download the Request for Transcript1 here.
